Welcome

Hi, I’m Thaddeus. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working out of the Clarity and Growth Center for Psychotherapy in San Marino, CA (just South of Pasadena). I work with men and couples navigating infidelity, betrayal, and the hard questions that come after. I help you make honest sense of what happened so you can take real ownership and figure out what comes next. I use a humanistic approach — I'm more interested in understanding than diagnosing. I also work with individuals on anxiety, depression, and identity.

I work with clients both in office, and remotely across California.

I believe therapy is a collaborative space where you don’t have to go through things alone. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you build on your strengths, process painful experiences, and move toward the life you want to live.

My Approach

I offer a warm, affirming, and strengths-based therapeutic space. My style is eclectic and adaptable — I draw from Gestalt and Internal Family Systems, but, I’m primarily person-centered. I meet you where you are at, and we begin from there.

I value inclusivity and cultural responsiveness. I especially enjoy working with members of LGBTQ+ communities, and creative individuals who want a space where their whole identity is respected and affirmed.

About Me

Before I became a therapist, I worked as an advocate for survivors of trauma and as a performer, improvisor, and educator. I'm still saying "yes, and" in the therapy room — staying curious, staying collaborative, and finding the unexpected moments where things start to shift.

I earned my M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Los Angeles, where I completed my clinical training at Antioch Community Therapy Services working with clients from diverse backgrounds and needs.

Today, my practice centers on men and couples navigating infidelity, betrayal, and the relational struggles that often surround them. I'm drawn to this work because I believe the people who caused harm deserve a space to understand why — not to be let off the hook, but so their accountability actually means something. I'm currently pursuing a Couples Infidelity Repair Specialist Certificate to deepen this focus.

My approach is humanistic in its essence, and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I'm warm, direct, and more interested in understanding than diagnosing. I also work with individuals on anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions.

I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, and I value creating a space where your whole identity is respected.

I live in North Hollywood with my spouse, Kiki, our pup Lula Pizza, our cats Expert and Rookie, and our fish and frogs.
